To Jems, Time is such a precious gift and I am grateful that I was able to share this gift with you. Right from when we were young, your presence commanded a serenity. Even from when we were young, I would remember when you would crack the funniest jokes to keep our 11+ sessions fun. There was a particular instance when it was just myself and you completing a verbal reasoning paper and you asked me if I wanted to stop working and listen to your jokes. I never told you then, but you were one of the funniest people I knew. Your constant smile always caused me to smile, brightening up my mood every time. Growing up with you was such a pleasure, I got to see your character develop and see your impact on people’s lives. You were such a blessing and God knows best. Although as we grew older, we became distant, your calm and composed character was reassuring. The times we would talk, the conversations were always fun and light. You had a way of making someone feel at peace, a true gift that God gave you. It’s hard knowing you have left this world. But I rest assured that the God who knows best, took you away from us for a reason and because it was right according to His time. Your dedication to your faith was immaculate, you were constantly showing love to others; a true epitome of the love we ought to show as Christians. It has been hard dealing with the news that you have passed, but I rest assured in the love that you showed me throughout the years and promise you, that you will never be forgotten. I will continue to hold onto our memories and ensure your brothers carry on your legacy. You may not be with us physically but you’re always with us spiritually. I love you.
